Does the game has character customisation? (In terms of character creation and appearance)? Or do we play as a pre defined character?

I think devs said there will be character creation but its not like crazy.
Things like hair color hair style and some face options i think and very limit skin options cause u are a vampire same with eye color being fixed probble to a single color like but there be a few things we can customize they said once.

But how indepth who knows if they ended up changing back to preset character then big miss oppertunity on there part but dont think they did.

english is not my main language, what i understood from what the guy answered on top of my earlier answer was that everyone looked the same, but reading it again i see it was an opinion and not a statement. anyways hope you can at least customize gender, hair, face and skin so everyone doesnt look the same.
