Castle heart issues

I cannot set the heart down...I'm clicking nothing it happening. My resources are there. ample area to build ...what am i doing wrong??

Have you cleared out the area of trees, rocks and plant fibres?

There should be an error prompt telling you what's blocking placement. If it's "Unit," you're likely standing in the way. What does it say?

Yup. lots of area, clicking on the heart and i"m getting that "not going to happen sound"..I have deleted 3 saved games and started over...I have everything needed ..must be a bug or something

All I can think is you're too close to a road or something. As bomoo says it should give you some text to say what's up. Is the castle heart appearing red or blue where you're trying to place?

No..that's why i'm thinking it is bug .. not getting any red or blue..just that funny sound when u click on something and nothing is happening ...have a ton of resources and i've been all over the starting area .Get to area where i create the mace for the stone collecting..I get the 3 stone collected part...as of then i can build my heart but nothing is happening ..Deletes all saves and re DL'ed the game again ...when ever i get to the part where i place the heart ..nothing ..Was just on you tube everything seems normal till i have to place the heart ..

you also cant be standing in the square you want to place it down on. so move around till it turns blue

that"s the thing i"m not getting any squares..just that "sound" that something isn't working when u left click...I have been over the resources several times ...they are there ..and it is good area.

We've run into a similar issue, though not exact. My wife can't move her castle heart right now as it thinks the castle heart is connected to something. Evidently there's a bug where the game thinks the castle heart is connected to a carpet or something in her castle. While she hasn't found a solution, she has at least found a cause for her issue.

I haven't looked into the matter myself, but she said that she found out that the devs are aware of her issue, and she's not the only one with the issue.

When i logged on yesterday i made yet again another attempt to place the heart. I pressed the "Enter " key and noticed something Moved on the screen. Finally i was able to place it ..but for me to place a wall or anything I have to press the Enter key first..??
