Graphical Settings Keep Resetting

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue. I keep setting the game to "Fullscreen Windowed." and it resets every single time. I've tried saving the settings in a game, at the main menu, etc.

I can't say I have. Sounds like something doesn't like you changing or editing files. This could be due to a Antivirus or the fact that you don't run games or steam with administrative rights.

I think I just found the culprit. My NVIDIA GeForce panel ^_^; it's never done that before, but it did just update recently so I should of checked that first. WELP!

Try what I did if you have NVIDIA!

i disabled geforce experience and the setting still get reset everytime i launch the game.
also this ONLY happens in v rising

Did you recently update graphics Drivers or the NVIDIA app? Sometimes it turns stuff back on :(
