Lights Flickering

I'm getting some heavy light flicker in my castle. Other folks on my server have commented on similar issues in their own castles. Anyone else experiencing this?

There is a light limit - it is a well known issue, especially with exterior lighting sources and when castles are really close to together - SLS imposed strict render distance limitations and never anticipated a large number of lights to be rendered into a single POV at a given time.
