How to start act 2
Hi there,
I just killed quincey and act 2 is (once again) a bit rough on me.
The options are nearly endless, but how do you start act 2?
Do you rush the tailor?
Do you farm camps?
Do you try to snipe the general and the archer by making them fight each other, or do simillar things on the roads?
Do you try to snipe the research desk boss?

I don't request a full on essay on it, but feel free to answer how ever you wish.

I tend to go for the tailor first for better armour. I will also go for the research desk boss so I can get the next research tier. You kind of need to go for the research desk boss or everything else goes to waste. I recommend relying on magic fighting that one with lots of dodging.

I would start off with Beatrice The Tailor first as she'll get you started on important armor unlocks. You'll want to unlock any technology or recipes you can with the research desk and quests to help ease the difficulty of boss battles or for when you raid and loot locations.

Other than that, you can do your quests, work on your castle, create a farm with ingredients, start on servants, look for high-level horses, go exploring and collect loot. There's no need to rush into a linear line of battle. It usually gives you 1 to 3 bosses to fight that are at the same level. Some may find one easier to fight, then come back to the other(s).

I don't have this kind of strategy. I Kill the V blood at the bottom of the list and work on my gear everytime i unlock something.

First thing, collect some iron, avoid fighting, make iron weapons. Then going after the tailor is a no brainer, the only thing you must take care is avoiding Jade or the priest lady I forgot the name, unless you're into brutal. With that done, steal some cotton and start making the next tier armor, from there on it's smooth sail IMO.

I collect Iron from the Iron cave, not the Haunted Mine. I can run in the Iron Cave Hop over the Boulders and Go Bear form. It's slow but i have no issues with the mobs there cause the Bear form Makes the mobs neutral to you for some reason, unless you hit them.

After that I wait for the Nodes to respawn, and Ransack every Village, Farmstead, and Mass Murder for better quality blood. Then I buy Mats with the silver I've collected and Build up a stable Castle.

As for bosses, Most of the Roaming ones are killed in act 1 for me. Bane Kills the others and then he gets killed by Patrols and/or Simon.

I make my way to Gloomrot and Raid the village there and again, ransack the south and north.

Actually thinking about it now, I'm in act 2 with my Snowcone Vamp and I haven't really done anything major. Well, Maja is done, and the mine couple is killed and roaming bosses killed.......Research done.....Yeah, I'm just roaming around killing not really making progression.

Anywho, that's what i'd do or am doing.
