Movement speed so slow

I know there are probably 25 threads already about this, but man is the movement speed slow in this game.

Wolf form is still slow, the horse is mega clunky, the caves are very sparse.

For me, playing solo, this is the biggest gripe with the game at this moment.
Also you can't alter server settings for this in a private game.

You can alter the Save.
I do not know the exact path right now, but there are guides out there.

And I defenitively agree, the mobility is really slow. Even the bat feels slow.

The horse isn't too bad once you've gotten used to it. Wolf form is fine for what it is. Bat form is awesome (besides, you get around faster since you can fly over everything)

Just auto run on the horse with a space bar gallop. It’s fast and easy

I agree it's painful at first.
Not sure what level you are but once you get waygates (you beat a lvl 34 boss) it makes everything a lot easier. Alter the server settings to allow more castle hearts (default is 2 I think?), then you can make a basic "camp" with heart, coffin, and waygate (and also change setting to teleport resources).
Makes navigating the world much less painful - plus you can just move them when focusing on a particular boss or farming area.

100% Worker blood = Nitro horses. Reach opposite end of map in 5 seconds flat on a horse that has at least 10.5 Sp. Carry an extra bottle for the way home. You're welcome.

Horses make it a lot more viable, even waygates feel redundant once you have a horsie, can get those soon as you hit farbane, just walk to dunley, avoid fights, slip in a village unnoticed and make off with a horse. Don't forget to feed them. =)

i would do that if a random 100% archer hadn't killed my 100% worker while i was travelling back to base.
