BlackBrews Castle?

As title implies how do i get into the castle area 'High Voltage Protection' everywhere i google says EMP but how do i get EMP when she give me EMP?

The boss who gives you the EMP isnt in the Blackbrew's Castle, it is actually next to it (towards the east)
there is a waygate near the location, its called "Trancendum Power Plant" and it is north of that waygate

So if youre at Blackbrew's castle, just run straight east and you should find it
Also, in Blackbrew's castle there is a pretty strong late-game boss, so if you arent like at least gear level 85 then youre better off to not go there yet
