So why do Ancestral Weapons look exactly like Regular Weapons?

Glows/Sparks ..ANYHING that makes you feel uve spent all this time to get an awesome new weapon only to find it this diamond looks like the coal you culled it from!!

Oof, Yeah thats a little disappointing.
Other aspects of this game feels a bit off or needs final touches so that doesn't surprise me.

I was kinda hoping they'd add something for that in 1.0 but I guess stunlock didn't bother with it. Or the community voted on it and said "who cares about visuals."

The Icon looks like it would glow blue but nope. Some Runes etch into would be nice, along with the color of the school of magic it has infused with it.

can we get a graphics update for this? I really feel these weapons should get some particles love... really hate the fact that the icons of the broken weapons look so cool but the final product is exactly the same as iron....

Even still, Level 30s look like the Sanguine Weapons. Only the Orange have the Glow look too them with runes.

If you take notice, as each weapon level increases, it creates better looking damage effects. For instance, I use a crossbow. The first low level crossbow you get, using the Rain Of Bolts, the arrows hit the ground with little to no effect at all.

When you get to Level : 30 Epic Ancestral or the Legendary Artifact Weapons, when using the Rain Of Bolts, it highlights the ground better on where the arrows are going to hit, the arrows make the ground explode into impact craters or spikes. And the arrows are lit up with glowing effects.

As far as looks, the weapons do look bulkier, shinier and change color as you level them up. But the first thing you'll notice is the special effects when actually attacking with the weapons as you advance them from level to level. You see a huge difference when comparing low level to high level.

But as you advance them, it just gets slightly better and better.

Some do interact with game communities. Most just hire moderators. During early access, there were moderators responding from time to time. Now they have opened up a feedback and feature request page and don't respond to discussions anymore at this moment.

You can create a feature request if there's one not already available for the subject in hopes for it to be implemented in their next major update. You can also vote up feature requests.

No, They have their own website for you to complain, report bugs, and leave feedback. Here it's just for us Steam players/users to discuss the game and other general conversations.
