- Healing, as the previous guy said. (not very useful, unless you're mid-combat)
- Books, some VBlood are more likely to drop a type of books (ex: Clive for Merciless Copper Weapon)
- Specific Loot, so far only Tristan seem to have them which is his Hat.
- Chance for Onyx / T4 Spell Jewel, Very rarely, only on lv 80+ Bosses.
So, No. You're not missing anything.
Now you'd fight them for rematch fun or whatever.
Yup there are a few bosses you can kill this way... if you are lucky several wandering bosses in Dunley.. the easiest one is the iron mine.. you can usually kill the general or bright archer at the same time if you play your cards right. It's a lot of fun when it works out. lol
