What's the point with V Blood Rematch?

I'm new to the game
I rematched the same boss several times but he didn't give me anything new
Am I missing something?

As far as I can tell, absolutely nothing except I think you get a full heal from draining them... and oddly not a blood refill.

Killing VBlood again after you've already defeated them serves very little purpose currently, which includes:
- Healing, as the previous guy said. (not very useful, unless you're mid-combat)
- Books, some VBlood are more likely to drop a type of books (ex: Clive for Merciless Copper Weapon)
- Specific Loot, so far only Tristan seem to have them which is his Hat.
- Chance for Onyx / T4 Spell Jewel, Very rarely, only on lv 80+ Bosses.

So, No. You're not missing anything.

It used to be you'd fight them for ancestral weapons, they were one two sources. Still are a source of ancestral weapons but at a super low rate.

Now you'd fight them for rematch fun or whatever.

Its just him. No other boss has a cosmetic drop. At least all the ones I've rematched do. Stunlock studios missed the opportunity to have bosses drop specific loot.

When I first fought Tristan, an Alpha the white wolf came by. Tristan and I were both really low on health, and the wolf went down. So, I harvested it's blood for a heal, but apparently when the boss is harvested, they explode, which normally clears the surrounding terrain, but It actually does damage. The explosion killed Tristan lmao.

Yup there are a few bosses you can kill this way... if you are lucky several wandering bosses in Dunley.. the easiest one is the iron mine.. you can usually kill the general or bright archer at the same time if you play your cards right. It's a lot of fun when it works out. lol
