Based on that and your description of having issues with your hands I would say it's probable you won't enjoy the game that much. Though it is possible to change the settings so you have more health, the enemies deal less damage, and such so the problems with controlling the game doesn't punish you as hard.
But it sounds more like Hammerwatch with the aiming from what I understand.
Hope this helps you decide.
It's a lot more like Diablo 4 or Hammerwatch, or even MOBAs like LoL or HotS in the skillshot respect, because you have some skills with fairly punishing cooldowns if you miss a lot (even dash can hurt if you waste it and go in or at an unintended direction or angle). And you're often aiming at and fighting a violently mobile target, at least during V Blood (boss) fights, so you have to not just aim, but learn to lead your aim on moving targets as well while still yourself moving, kiting and dashing at the same time to avoid their AoEs and skillshots (and sometimes, those of any adds that might wander into the fight and complicate things).
The controller gameplay is more like a twin stick shooter and having unusual levels of skill/aim is pretty much a given if you want to be anywhere close to being competitive vs an average person aiming with a mouse. Controller/console players are generally just seen as fresh meat and raid bait in PvP for example, because they often struggle to fight back effectively when cornered.
Khaylain is right though, you can change the difficulty from default to full-on sweaty tryhard mode or dial it all the way back to "Don't hurt me, daddy!". It's playable for anyone if they're willing to make things easy enough to balance the game's challenges against their skill, or in this case, physical ability level.
