2. Sword/Greatsword (Both Equally matchet for me, 1h Has mor Dps but 2h as Evade and Bigger Burst Dmg.)
3. Axes
4. Guns
5. Reaper (CC is to good and the Evade is also Good)
6. Slashers (Same as Reaper but lesser dmg)
7. Mace/Hammer
8. Whip
9. Spear
10. Crossbow

Ive seen a lot of good pvpers all using combinations of Greatsword, spear, axes and pistols.
Greatsword's Q/thrust attack has deceptively long range and the E gives you an insane amount of iframes
Spear's Q is still the hardest hitting Q and acts as a stunlock for team mates to pile on, so i still see people using other weapons to set up the spear Q.
Axes are just great all round, they are so good for pve and decent in pvp, you get movement, attack speed, high physical damage, and the E is like having another ranged spell on you that also slows and incaps.
Pistols i havent tried yet but the good players cycle to pistols to keep their dps up in pvp when at mid range when everything else is on cd.
It very clearly says PVE.
If mace Q had iframes it would be a bit OP imo.

1. Bow - Has massive aoe damage and single target DPS, combined with unholy powers works great.
2. Scythe for undead
3. Axes
4. Sometimes Slashers
I wish I could use the whip more often, but its usefulness really low compared to the other 3 atop.
I also like to combine Power surge (25% attack speed) and Blood rage (25% attack speed), because their effect stack!, so on fast weapons like axes or slashers, their effects are devastating (you get 50% more attack speed), and this works great with bosses which you can kite and don't have spamming whirlwind + bullet hell attacks.
Otherwise, Bow + unholy ftw.
Guess I’m the only 1 following instructions
but in general my opininon would go with
1 reaper (efficient to clear packs and static target)
2 pistol (against boss and when mobility is required)
3 slashers (against boss and when mobility required)
4 axes (good for all kind of fight)
5 bow (good against anythinng and when staying away is required)
6 crossbow (good for long range combat against boss)
7 sword (can be good against pack of mobs)
8 gretsword (slow but somehow good melee range)
9 whip (i might lack experience with those but excellent melee range)
10 hammer (beside mining i don't see any good move with this weapon)
1. For large numbers of small enemies, like clearing rift invasions, slasher is by far the best. The dash attack does massive damage against enemy packs and unlike other weapons you have a invisibility disengage to get out of hairy situations.
Pair them with a pistol for some ranged damage and you're set. I don't like spears because they lack mobility but I do bring them if I'm in an area with lots of creatures.
For me, Im rating this by their weapon skills, usefulness against enemies, fighting against bosses...etc and then basically whether they feel clunky or good to use.
1. Crossbow
- The Q weapon skill is amazing, and the crossbow has just been absolutely my most used against enemies.
2. Pistol
- It fights for position against crossbow. The repositioning skill is amazing.
3. Slashers
-I almost wanted to put the sword, but the slasher can also be used to escape stuff.
4. Sword
- Rounds out my 4 main weapon slots. I have one where the spin is enhanced with static. Things just die.
5. Bow
- It was my most used until i got the crossbow and then it got replaced. It was GODLY early though before I got a crossbow
6. Hammer/Mace
- It's clunky but looks cool. Hits rocks.
7. Great sword
- Good weapon. I don't use it as much cause I just use the top 4 though
8. Axe
- I LOVE the axe throws. It looks cool and fun. I just dont use it as much anymore since the slashers.
9. Spear
- I have never like this. The range is nice, but it feels way too clunky
Unknown: Reaper - never used it yet
Whip - havent really used it at all either. just crafted it and auto'd once.
