Need some tips on getting prisoners back to a cell

I need some tips on getting a trance person i want to en prison , I have had multiply die on me before getting back to base. I go the most none violent path most times but at blockades they usually die. Is there a way to heal them? Maybe i am just missing something obvious and i don't know it. Thank you

Get a horse and ride like the wind; they'll keep up. Or defeat Leandra to unlock Dusk Callers, which can be used to teleport the dominated human to the nearest allied prison cell.

The horse method is your best bet until you get dusk callers.
Used to be the only way I could get prisoners in early access.

Dusk Calllers are the best bet. If you know the area the High Quality Mob is and know they won't get into a fight, leave them, and come back with Dusk Callers.
