Hotfix 5/14/2023 prisoner issue:

- Enemy players may now interact with prison cells, but they are not able to kill or subdue prisoners this way. This fixes an issue where players stored loot in Prison cells to secure it from enemy raids.

Enemy players always were able to interact with prison cells since the launch of the early access version. And loot in enemy prison cells could always be taken. You only disabled killing or subduing enemy prisoners with this hotfix. The "issue" you addressed never existed. Correct?
