Is chill a good pve status ailment?

i bought 2 lvl 30 guns both with frost infusion when i wanted either chaos or storm.
I kind of want a lvl 30 weapon now but dont know if chill infusion is a good weapon buff
Any ideas?

It can be if you are fighting rather speedy or mobile opponents.

okay i bought a third one for a total of 4500 stygian and i got a legendary choas gun

Yeah I really like necromancy myself. I'm a ranged playstyle and having a wall of skeletons is invaluable. Against bosses their AI might drop their biggest attacks on your skeletons, facing a completely different direction.

NOTE: Necro DOES fall off for the last few bosses in the game. Those bosses are too fast and have too much AOE to be swarmed by skeletons.

Chill is only good in a party, probably the worst in solo.
