Fabricator won't unlock even though I killed Ziva The Engineer twice

How do I continue the game without being able to build the fabricator???

What am I forgetting? You kill the boss - You get the rewards. I unlocked everything but the fabricator.

I have the same issue. Streams on Youtube show people getting the manufacturing station in their menu after having killed Ziva. Everything is unlocked, but the station. This is clearly a bug.

Ok. I forgot the horizontal bar. Just move the handle to the right and it appears. I feel stupid now...
