Alter of Stygian Awakening- no confirmation of active passive ability?

Is there any cue on your character to confirm that your passive is active?

Just unlocked the Tier 3 Sanguine Mastery and drunk 98% blood but I don't appear to be getting the 100% bonuses?

Under my character's conditions, nothing is listed.

Also, I assume you can only have one active at a time?

I just realised how confusing "active passive" sounds. Sorry, I need more coffee :D

It doesn't increase your blood by 8%. If you have a 92% its still going to be 92%. It increases the bonus effects you get from the blood by 8% which is additive to the final 100% bonus.
