And the reason its there is probably the reason that it annoys you. It's to fast track players who join late and reward co-operation.
If it bothers you and you dont play pvp or coop with randoms. Play a private game rather than a server honestly I'd recommend it as it's more a "at your own pace, get to see the entire game" experience.
EDIT: Again I feel the need to mention that despite what people like to push about this game. The "way to play it" isn't exclusively online on the multiplayer servers.
The psychological issue comes into play as I mentioned, the same thing as putting a steak in front of the dog and asking him not to eat it.
If there are easier paths, we will always be chosen
so it doesn't make sense to have this possibility.
it breaks the evolution within the game, which is the main part of this game, and brings you closer to the endgame without even having to go through all the evolution that the oldest player in the clan went through.
everyone must have to evolve their character in the normal way (you can have support from a player to help with the evolution, such as killing a boss for example, etc., that already exists) but the character's evolution, all with simple clicks, was completely meaningless, it takes away the enjoyment of being able to overcome stages within the game, which is what motivates us to play, to EVOLVE.
Playing single player on a closed server is not the same thing as multiplayer, there is a lot of difference, I don't even need to say that this alternative doesn't make sense.
