Those who bought the Castlevania DLC, how do you feel about it?

What is good/ bad about it? Do you feel its worth the price? Overall feelings?
I wanna get it, but still on the fence. Love the game and got it super cheap before the price jump so overall it wouldnt be that pricey for me.

I personally i like it, only things i dont like are the Alucard cosmetic clothes and fleaman skin the rest is good. its the best Vising DLC and its not the most expensive of them all either. the horse skin is probably my favourite part.

I bought it from ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at 23% discount. I'm really pleased with this DLC. The transmog set looks amazing especially the cloak. The castle stuff looks awesome, I love the floors and wallpapers especially the polished indigo stone look that reflects light it looks really cool, throne is awesome too. The statues and paintings are awesome too. There is nothing about this DLC that I dont like to be honest.

The stuff is decent, but the price is highway robbery. The price of Stardew Valley plus Terraria together for about 2 dozen fairly plain skins is crazy.
Any company that charges the price of a game for a couple skins is greedy asf in my books.

Some of the price is probably to cover the licensing fee to konami

- alucard skin is not a skin is an item you craft in game and replaces your armor( that means you will never use that skin) it gives 1 itemel level each item . no 1 can ever use it
- horse skin i like it , its still an item you place in your horse and you can make them and give them to your friends .
- frog skin is good but how often are you going to use your frog? .. frog has no use
- human form . every 1 can spot you now.. looks nice but not good in pvp.
-throne skin is nice

Okay, so while i myself am not a HUGE Castlevania fan.

I got the DLC for a friend of mine that is, and who always griped about the in-game castles not being "cool" enough to be a Dread Vampire Lord's Castle.

He no longer has anything bad to say about this game.

so if your (sending / getting) it as a Gift. 10/10

Does it add music from the castlevania series into the music box?

It's TOO expensive for what you get. I'd like them to do more with it and add a -lot- more castlevania music. 2 songs is just not enough when you have a truckload of music you could tap into. Could also give us Dracula's SotN outfit like Alucard's, Alucard's bat form, and more stained glass windows.

Simple answer;
Like all cosmetics, buy the cosmetics if you want to support the creators.

Do bear in mind that, if you play in a group, you are able to use other people's skins or they yours as long as you ask them to give them over or you use the decorations and they move them themselves, so if you generally play with friends, you can each get one of the dlcs and have all the skins.

Personally, I have all DLCs because I really like the game, but you can play the game normally just fine without so if you feel it's pricey, screw it...Hahaha

The music added is a reinterpretation of castlevania music and not any previous version. I'd rather use a mod to add in proper music but the mod scene doesn't really exist much for this game yet.
