Blood type effectivnes and sanguine mastery

Hello,
Is there any possibility, to see the complete numbers of the blood ?
For example, Brute 100% gives 12% of life leech, +25% effectivnes so together 16% boost. And that I see in attributes for life leech.

But, if you have 80% only, or some other blood type with different purity, is there a way to see how much it actually gives ? So that I do not have to count the % every time ?

For example, with ancestrial weapons, you see exact numbers of the bonuses rolled, and with ALT you can see the min max you can roll.

Also, I have the sanguine mastery, that boosts the effectivness of blood type by 8%.
Does this mean, that if you have blood 92%, it gives it to you to 100% ?
Or does it boost the bonus from power with +8%, so with the 100% Brute, It would be 16% life leech + 8% more from the passive ?
