Load game (private game on the Steam Cloud). Can someone help?

The Support service is not reachable. Their email recipient seams offline to me.

There's a "Load Game" button, ok, But there's only one save on the Steam Cloud showing up, and constantly updating itself to lastest state of the game, every time I launch my private game again to try this and to try that to roll the game back.

"Go to File" button is totally useless as save file archives won't be of much help. They won't launch any game automatically and you're invited to search an app to open these files... Just too many buttons everywhere anyway!

I just don't know where to copy and paste one of these archive files to get my current private game rolled back to a previous state. If I'm not even sure this is the right method!

This "Load game" is sadly too complex and very confusing just because there's only one cloud save showing up... Why isn't it easier to roll back a private game?

Note that I'm new to the game, and started my private game very simply, with default settings, blablabla! And I just don't want to start my game over and loose those many hours of playing. I'm now frustrated for not being able to understand where is the problem, and ashamed for not being able to solve this issue by myself.

Should I just move/delete the unwanted saves up to the save I want to keep and see running? I'm gonna try this out now.

I made it! So, in the "Load game" screen, I had to:
1 - click on the Steam cloud save to display its details.
2 - in these details (to the right), press the button that takes the game off the cloud (as cloud keeps latest state of the game only in memory).
3 - press the "Go to file" button and delete (or just move, in case I need to roll back my action) unwanted saves on my computer until the one I wanted to keep, as per dating.
4 - simply restart the game totally (to avoid pressing any of those hasardous buttons on the Load Game screen).

And, humourously:
5 - exit game (as i already had enough with hours of playing and this exhausting issue).
6 - do some meditation on why so many Devs have so much pain to fully adapt their games to the global market (poor translations, no foreign audio/voicing, qwerty keyboard type only, unbalanced and too few racial types and references etc.).
