Stuck with the quest "Blood on Tap"

Title i am stuck with this quest and cant progress any further. have for whatever reason unlocked the Crypt flooring.....
Anyone else got that problem?

you need a glass bottle where you tap the prisoner. not the blood essence

You make the Prison and toss a Prisoner in it. Rewards Crypt Floor.
Then an almost identical quest opens up that requires you to tap the blood of the prisoner. Rewards Prison Floor.

Aaah ye, it's exactly this Man I don't read the titles of the quests haha

Glass Bottle and Extract blood from the prisoner
