hollowfang battlegear reward ?

Hi, I killed the boss of act 1 and in his discreption it says "unlocks the ability to craft hollowfang battlegear". I expected a book or something but got nothing and I cant craft any pieces at my workbench. Did I forget to loot something or is this the normal way ? thanks

The armor is crafted at a tailoring bench, which will require another boss to be defeated.
