Server setting to remove max HP reduction?

I simply just hate this system... Imo its a poor design.. is there a setting in the Server/game settings one can change or add to make this go away?

Basically the Health reduction you get when taking damage that prevents you from healing to max is what I refer to.

Considering it literally criples people who like to take up a role like me, that is support focused. no point healing anyone if they have no max HP to heal

Lol, no its not a poor design, it have a reason why this game mechanic is in the game and no you cant change it for a good reason.

I see no "good reason" you shouldnt be able to change it on your PERSONAL SERVER, considering all the other things they allow you to change..
