Advanced Game Settings On Current Save File??

The Fast Travel system in this game by default is dreadful. It is very frustrating not being able to bring any of your resources with you, and there are barely any good areas to relocate (not that I can anyway because I can't build enough structures) since I'm still in Farbane Woods, resulting in a ridiculous amount of backtracking, I'm basically running across almost the entire forest just to get back.

I want to disable "Teleport Bound Items" just to eliminate the hassle but I have no idea how to access the Advanced Game Settings menu on my current save. I didn't realize that even was an option since I've never played the game when it was in Early Access, and I just wanted the most vanilla experience possible. I'm at level 30 and I really don't wanna have to start over from the beginning. Some assistance would be very appreciated.

Use the laod menu, there is a settings button at the bottom right before selecting your save.
