Loot Multiplier Doesnt Seem to work.

Hey lads, quick question. I am doing a private game with my friend. We didnt wanna bother with farming wood etc too much, just wanted to enjoy the game so i maxed out the loot drop both from combat and collecting. The thing is it seems like there are no differences from 1 to 3. Before 1.0 i would get like 1k from a tree now i barely get 150 at max. Is this a bug or smtg ?

Works fine for me, getting like 800 copper from a single rock, tons of wood and stone too.
