What and Where is This Boss?

So... I was playing, still early game, still Act I and I found a boss walking around down the road, it's one of those undead that can summon skeletons and ♥♥♥♥ to attack you. I killed him before killing Goreswine, he is pretty low level, I'm almost sure he's around level 30.

Do you know the boss I'm talking about? And do you know where does he spawn? I started a new run and didn't find him this time, I want to kill him again.

By the way, I think he isn't on the V Blood list. It's different from that bone pile monstrosity because after defeating him, you can, in fact, suck his V Blood. So he's a V Blood that doesn't show on the V Blood list.

There's strong undead enemies that fit what you're describing. They're not v blood enemies. There's a few in the graveyard where you can find Nicholas.

He is a V Blood because I sucked him after defeating him.
He was walking along the road, he wasn't in a POI.
He had 4 enemies scouting him when I found him.

I know there are some V Bloods that enters and leaves POIs, and if you taunt them, some of them leave, but they don't wander outside, they go back inside. The only thing I can imagine is that someone taunt it outside its POI and then I found him wondering close to its POI?
