Access to all materials at any crafting station

The title pretty much sums it up. I've been spoiled by games like Palworld and Enshrouded, and I've become quite lazy. I'd love to see a feature added where, when I craft something, the crafting station (like a forge) automatically gathers/accesses all the necessary materials from my chests without me having to actively look through all my chests. It would be a great quality-of-life improvement for someone as lazy as me :)

There is a mod that does this through the thunderstore mod manager. It's called Resource Stash Withdrawal.

It is a good workaround but Is that mod client-sided?

For pure convinience it would be better if the game offers it out-of-the-box. Forcing friends to download Mod Manager is a bit too much extra, especially when some don't/never mod their games and tapping in for the first time

i used thunderstore but it only opens the console than nothing
