so cant even connect to the server now sense dedicated tool set is running a diff version then the client, so anytime i try to connect one of two things happen frist is it will ether just crash when loading into it or two it will just not connect.
TLDR; Verify your steam game files
I've tried the following with no luck:
1. Verified game files in Steam
2. Rebooted PC
3. Updated Nvidia drivers (3060 12GB)
4. Reinstalled V Rising
5. Rebooted PC
6. Deleted settings files (V3 folder)
still no luck. leaning toward a refund to get Enshrouded instead =/
Move all files from C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios
Disable cloud saves
Updated the game
Verified files
Start game and accept terms conditions.
Exit game
Re-enable Cloud saves thus overwriting them because of newer local data
Start game
Create new game profile
Save profile
Launch
You need to re-verify the files after this for every single update or you risk configuration corruption with this game. The other steps can after first time be ignored.
If you rather jump the ship to another game all the best of course with enshrouded.
