You can always put in a fake date. Any game that features violent scenes and gore or drug use like this game does has an age check, its typically a requirement by countries laws.

It's in the game FAQ's, Chat and voice chat are deactivated for people under a certain age to avoid... well, you know.

Region of residence is for server connectivity, every online game either asks for it or straight up looks at your IP to know.
