Tap a prisoner
I am at the part of the game where you build a prison and then tap a prisoner to get to the next part. Not sure how to tap the prisoner, I have tried feeding them rats and taking some blood essence and that has not unlocked it. Any ideas how?

You need an empty bottle to extract their blood

I also thank you. I was stuck at the same point as I have yet to find any bottles or the glass to make them. Guess I'll have to make a trip to the Merchants. :lunar2019grinningpig:

The game does tell you, just not specifically.

If you activate the cell you will see the blood potion requires a glass flask to perform.
