What are good settings to put for a fair solo play? I play on having a solo play and dont want to overtuned modifiers. Anyone have suggestions?

Whatever you want. You're playing solo. What you consider fair might not be what someone else considers fair.

Recommend you hop in and see how default settings feel. You can always change them later if you don't like something.

Is that available outside of starting a new world or those ini settings?

In the Main Menu you can go to Load Game and your solo server should appear in Local Saves. When you click the world you want, Edit Settings should appear at the bottom right.

Does this actually work for you? I tried to change the settings on my local server where I want to play solo pve, but somehow it simply does not change the settings. I am only able to change the difficulty via fast select (one of those 3 presets). If I for example want to add multipliers, they simply will not transfer into the game, I might just be stupid, as well.

Imagine being able to do this in game with sliders and tooltips to avoid all this needless hassle. Well you don't need to imagine, this is how it worked before 1.0. Request this be added back, there was no good reason to change it other than laziness.
