Greetings GFireflyE,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Rest assured that we are here to help!

With regards to your concern, because the new patch is not compatible with the old servers, your old servers do not show up in the Load Game menu. But there is no need to worry, they are not lost forever. You can still play on your old servers by switching to the previous version of V Rising. However, this unfortunately means you won't be able to access the new content from the patch.

For the instructions on how to access your old saves, please refer to our FAQ guide site through this link: https://guides.playvrising.com/hc/en-us/articles/18742042729885-Access-Your-Pre-Launch-Save

Hope this helps!

all servers have been wiped before the 1.0 launch, it has been posted for everyone to READ and also this is very much standard for EA games to reset before launch to have a clean slate for everyone.

thanks. Didn't know there was a 'gloomrot' branch. I'll check it out.

will the gloomrot branch also change the spell system back to what it was? I really enjoyed the 'kill the villian to get the spell' system.....only getting points kinda cheapens the experience imo.

if you haven't played the game in 6 months + then why does it matter if the servers wiped? you are only complaining now that the game has some hype around it otherwise you would of probably never continued in the first place

you're kidding right? I've been playing quite regularly. Just don't have much time to play.

Is there a way to transfer your castle from the gloomrot beta to the 1.0 release?

probably an update away....but it would be nice to tie spells to Vbloods on the map again. Maybe a game setting option?
