Power Surge

Not sure if its always been this way or if anyone else can test this, but Power Surge feels weird sometimes to activate. Sometimes i have to press the key several times to get it to actually use the ability, especially mid combat

Done a bit more testing, looks like when my mouse is over certain terrain it doesnt let the ability go through

you have to hover yourself with the ability, it works that way because you can other players give it aswell

A damn shame it is not possible to freely switch it to always self-target.
