Can't see character during character creation anymore, as to preview what my changes look like?

Not sure why this was changed or if its a bug but hopefully just a bug! Cannot see my character at all during creation, can only see the various options.

Had the same issue, it seems like updating the last ea version to final doesnt work. Unistalling and reinstalling fixed it for me.

Uninstalled, reinstalled, filed checked... can't fix it

What I did to fix this issue was go to:

AppData\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios and deleted everything there.

Apparently, I had some old settings that were left behind from older versions that were messing with it. Once I removed it, Everything worked.

Uninstall/Reinstall did not fix it as it never deleted the folder with the old shaders/settings I assume., and neither did deleting the V1, V2, and V3. Same with Validating. But removing everything did. So hope this helps anyone else having an issue with Character Creating and Bad Lighting.

Ive just purchased this game today and i am having the same issues with the character creator and bad lighting, no previous installs and have tried your method but sadly it has not worked. Just installed it on another machine and it actually plays a cinematic before the creator which does not happen on the other machine.

Reinstalling now to see if that helps

reinstall did not work, the effected machine also wont play the cinematics from the start menu

me again lol, Ok so i found a workaround if you disable the starting cinematic in the options it jumps straight to the working character creator and lighting is fixed
