2. If you use controller it then locks out mouse and keyboard or if use keyboard to type in global chat then controller no longer works.
3. Not being able to change options in the system menu via controller.
These are all basic things that take 2 minutes to test, how do you even get it into this state.

Now I dont know whether to install it onto my deck now or wait till controller support is better.
I guess.I can wait a week or so to see if anyone makes a good controller steam for the deck.
Just in case you missed it :)

PSS. True question for game dev types: is it really that hard to make a gamepad scheme for pc games that otherwise seem to be cooking in some form of EA for years and years? I mean, the MTX shops always open on Day One, amiright?: (
Grim Dawn puts this game to shame as far as controller support with character/camera movement. V Rising seems to have adopted a frustratingly difficult control scheme focused on keyboard players. It's almost as if it was intentionally made difficult or the devs just play very weird configs. The way they have designed the game mechanics in V Rising I doubt they could adopt a normal targeting system that appeals to most people. Not something I would ever do if I wanted to secure a future with a game.
