Never tried Casual, but if thats a setting, it sounds like thats what its meant to do.

Some bosses are much harder to solo due to mechanics, on the other hand, some of them much harder for duo\team rather than solo. So the balance. And yes, all of them are doable, it's only matter of preparations.

You can kill the boss solo, just keep your power level around the same as theirs. It's actually easier to do solo boss runs 'cause there is some sort of scaling depending on the number of players fighting the boss.
