Anything new coming that will re hype? I've not even seen it on twitch tv or youtube. Fortnite is more popular, 7 DAYS TO DIE is freaking more popular. what gives?

Theres a bit of a difference between this game and league.

In league, your progress won't get wiped when the patch drops, erasing all the gameplay you did leading up to it.

For this, 1.0 will pretty much be a mandatory wipe so no one wants to start up the grind only for it to get completely wiped in a week. That's the general consensus.

I dont think anyone really enjoys farming for wood and stone for one thing lol.
Personally, I set the grind to QoL features so I don't spend forever hitting resource nodes. I'd rather wait for the full release to start up another run rather than burn myself out with it right now.

L4D2 got a huge support by community via mod/workshop. Valve don't need to update or do anything, the fans or modders do it for them. Which is awesome, the game basically Immortal now, same for Skyrim and Fallout 4.

Now, i hope this game also got the same mod support when 1.0 comes out. So that the game finally fun to play Solo and more proper sexy vampiric outfits than the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ones we got, made by the community.

Major content update next week, we'll see a large spike in players. But V Rising is one of those niche games, it's not really a mainstream game.

After beating all bosses there isn't much incentive to replay the game, so a lot of people "finish" it and leave. It doesn't mean that the game is bad though, just that it doesn't fit very well as a sandbox or PvP game for most people
