Getting past gear level 70?
I'm currently stuck at gear level 70, no idea how to match the level 74 boss to get the Athenaeum.

Current gear is full dawnthorn, with dark silver level ancestral weapons, and a pendant of the dawnrunner.

Am I supposed to fight the boss while 4 levels under him or no?

Fight the Baron, get a better amulet.

Suzaku is right. U want to fight this guy and get amulet. Then aim for athenaeum.
