Rift Incursion night timer 6 hours???

So rumor has it people were complaining about shard holders recharging their shards at night while no one is online and the solution to that is to no longer have rift incursions at night instead of just making the shards decay faster?? So now people like me who work evenings and play at night can no longer have access to rift incursions? How am I supposed to farm greater stygian shards now that there are no longer tier two rifts during the only time I'm available to play?

Fair point I suppose. It's just frustrating that their solution to an issue is to just completely alienate an entire group of players from being able to access end game content just so another group of players can have a chance to hang a trophy shard in their base?? Like how does that even make sense?? I've been playing this game since the 1.0 patch and I've killed brutal dracula, I've had all 4 shards in my base at one point in time and there is nothing special about them, they literally just sit there...

I'm literally looking at it right now, what do you mean? No rift incursions for 6 hours from two hours ago on NA official servers.
