Yeah, duh. You have 400 hours in the game. Not every game needs to be a 1,000 hour affair. I'd say 400 hours is a pretty good deal for how much you paid.
You are right, that the game was cheap for the quality and amount of content we got.
But some games are too good to be not a 1,000 hour affair.
I would pay double the price of the base game for a dlc with the same amount of content.
