I have some experience with Trodi's mods but not with "BloodyShop", even so mods like this need to be installed server-side, I used the Thunderstore mod manager for all the client-side stuff, all the server-side files will need to be dragged into your private server file manager & then rebooted but before I get ahead of myself the mod in the link I posted above requires the following specific frameworks in order to operate:
"BepInEx-BepInExPack V Rising" (Client & Server-side installation), "deca-VampireCommandFramework", (Server-side installation) & "deca-Bloodstone" (Client & Server-side installation).
Sadly as it stands none of these aforementioned mod frameworks have been updated for V1.0 as of yet. I know because I've tried... All V1.0 V Rising servers simply will not boot up with mods configured for the prior Gloomrot build.
On the plus side I know for a fact "BepInEx-BepInExPack V Rising" will receive an update eventually as I am checking back on their github periodically I don't 100% know about Trodi's mods but Shou the author of RPG mods for certain & Odjit maybe will be updating their mods as soon as the version 1.0 compatible of "BepInEx-BepInExPack" is uploaded to the Thunderstore Database.
Edit: The Latest version of BepInEx-BepInExPack is on github I'll see which mods still work reliably with the V1.0 of V Rising.
???
What does that have to do with building a proper economy where you can sell stuff?
They should really update the mods, this game has so much potential if you can customize units, NPCs, trading etc.
You got the issue of insufficient buying power so you would like to sell stuff to have more cash to buy things with.... but if the items you seek to buy are much cheaper you can afford to buy more things with the same amount of cash.
For instance lets say you want to buy flawless gems those are at 100 goldsun per piece naturally that is very hard to obtain unless you are using the fabricator but if you set your merchants prices slider to 0.25 then each gem only costs 25 goldsuns so now you have 4X times the purchasing power you had before.
Point being you already got a slider to make items easier to purchase so there is no need to have a selling option other then role-playing... but this isn't 'age of mercantilism' just a plug the hole/progression speed up mechanic tacked on to alleviate the frustration of potentially 100gem rocks and landing no ruby or spending a few hundred scrolls in the library only to walk of with nothing but decorations when all you wanted was a damn merciless weapon recipe of any kind to boost your GS just enough to even the odds of tackling a certain boss.
100% Agreed, so far the only mod that works is the "3rd person camera mod" as it only requires "BepInEx-BepInExPack" as a dependency, but I don't intend to use that mod as I am more concerned about QoL mods like the RPG related mods by Shou, Extended Admin commands by Odjit & Trodi's various useful notification & NPC tweaks. These mods add what should have been SLS's priority but never has been part of their development pipeline & probably never will sadly now that V1.0 is released.
update for "Bloodstone" it is only a matter of time now.
Would you mind adding me on Discord: lera_ch - I may have some questions or could use some help and would greatly appreciate it
Np. I sent you an add via A.K.
