V Rising (mod) wish list
Here are a few things I think would change the game up being that a good portion of us are basically playing through the game twice.

~ Companion npc (an ally kind of like Diablo does) [could be disabled during boss battles and pvp]
~ More horse upgrades (a reason to look for different horses where base stats mattered). Just some stats and more armors/glamour.
~ Reverting back to the liquid terrain being useful (sludge pools, water).
~ Larger and more useful ice biome (2 bosses...)
~ Faction battles (bandits, dracukin, science folks, and the western church). This could be persistent endgame-ish content. Basically each faction raids other areas and we could ally ourselves with one of them to unlock faction armor/skills/rewards. Each faction has a big bad boss that is accessible after killing dracula. Basically, I wanted to see more world building. So little interaction happens in the map.
~ Side grade augments for armor at all levels (armor sets are nice, but the range between upgrades are quite large. We could use some augments {slots for gems or something).
~ Horse racing "secret" boss.
~ New faction: daywalker vamps (think Alucard). They could be located in north or south of the west area.
~ Werewolf playble option (could be interesting even if it was mostly cosmetic)
~ More than single-use fishing holes.
~ Lava area?
~ Why not... human playable race. You gain blood percentage when you defeat V bloods. Blood type could be an equippable item or something. Obviously this is just me musing now.
~ More pve uses for the frog, spider, human-form, and rat transformations.
~ V Blood story quests (a memory that unlocks after defeating them that could unlock a hard mode version of the boss, some resources, and a large picture frame with the boss for decoration use)

Hopefully they might consider some of your points.

You might be interested to know this: https://ideas.vrisingmods.com/ that is the modding suggestion article as designated by the official V Rising Mod Community which also has a discord, you might want to post at either with your ideas as it might get more attention & feedback to what is viable and what is less feasible.

~ Faction battles : really like this idea where the map represents different areas that are being invaded or captured by a faction. Would be pretty cool addition!

B.t.w. I use Bloodcraft by zfolmt, which is an RPG (replaces the gear score with levels) weapon expertise system + blood mastery mod, one of its new key features includes a familiar system (still in the works for next release) which technically covers for: "~ Companion npc".

Horses with flashing police lights, when you activate them, enemies dodge out of you way

There are SOME faction battles in the new zone.. would be awesome to see this on a more grand scale though.

I would like to have the water and sludge back.. I thought that was an odd change. I mean it's pretty easy to fill up containers.. yet they still don;t give us craft from storage which would be infinitely more useful.

Strangely enough "filled water bottles" still exist in the game files, the decision to render filling up fluid containers redundant thus making garden wells just "props" was a decision I don't understand at all, which seems to be a lazy technical oversight if anything.
