How does weapon leech work from templar Gear

The Crimson Templar Gear give bonus to weapon skill life leech. What exactly is that? Are there weapons that leech life? Does every weapon leech life when i equip this armor or only special ones. same for spell life leech. does it apply to every spell or only to certain blood magic spells?

The "Leach" stats are on the 4th (Attributes) tab of the Character panel. You can see Primary Attack Leach, Weapon Skill Leach, and Spell Leech.

The Crimson Templar gear gives you this stat, and then the stat works on every weapon skill (Q and E) attack.
