Why does this spell completely hard counter this boss? If you stand right ontop of him as he throws all those projectiles, the silly shield hits him for like 800 damage lol.

I figured this out myself yesterday. Went with ice and skull shields, only had to give him like 4 big hugs and he was down in brutal. It felt both dirty and so good to do him like that.

Prior to 1.0, you could 1 shot Styx the second you beat Angram with Large Explosives. Frost Shield at least engages with his mechanics. I think Styx is happier this way :P

Well to be fair he did hit me for 200 something damage, tick damage for 20 or so and blew up my heart for 156 points of damage. So I'm okay with him getting slapped around with a shield.
