Summoning Circle

I'm kinda disappointed, that the critters summoned from this circle aren't semi permanent. I wanted a corpse golem critter in a servant locked room (for their safety) but when I logged back in it was gone. I had thought it would stick around like the grave yards and the vermin nests, for the price I don't think they are worth summoning for the mats generally.
Also why do servants not return near their coffin? I want to ensure my castle is safe for them, but it's hard to be sure that the servant locks in place can keep them safe if they can spawn on the other side of them.

It's why I put all my servants on the second floor, because they're forced to spawn on the second floor, and all of the stairways are blocked by servant locks.
