I'd recommend using Blood Hunger and ride your horse around through busy areas. You can usually find some pretty high blood % fairly quick that way.
You can also use the irradiated gruel that will have a chance to increase blood quality by 1-3% but will also have a 35% chance of turning them mutant.
However, you can try blood hunger while you ride your horse, it's not uncommon for players to blitz by 100% blood types without seeing them. Caravans that carry prisoners also have high chances for 90%+ and quite often I get some 100% blood from there. And if everything fails, try your luck with irradiated gruel.
A little frustrating experiencing them mutating lol but...it's more options right?
IMO though...100% blood is not going to make you have "more fun" in the game, it just adds a few percentages to a bloods already "passive effects"...most bloods are doing what they do at above 90%.
The 100% mostly will just push it in a way that I do not even think it feels super tangible like that, but it helps against the difficult situations. If you are not into min maxing enough that you want to run around for it, just use 90% till you accidentally run into one while actually enjoying the game lol?
The LOWEST Vblood results I've found are in Dracula's realm. The only time I've found targets above even 30% there is during rift incursions. Bring duskcaller stones and prepare to soak 1000 damage in order to capture a worth while succubus in the middle of a fight.
Silverlight averages 60-80% for the heavy hitters like light binder and paladins... I have seen 100%s on patrol in Draculas Garden. But good luck capturing them before they explode in pve combat. Nothing sucks more than a 100% light binder dying as the dusk caller bats try to finish their animation. You get one of those in your castle no one will break in ever again.
