Not sure about achievements, but controller support is supposed to be coming with the PS5 release later this year.

Not sure why you're telling people controller support will be coming on May 8th, 2024. They've already announced that it will be coming later this year when the game launches on PS5.

So hyped for this, was prepared for a late June or even a delayed launch (not that I would've minded it), but this is a nice surprise.

Hopefully PS5 gets announced soon after so also PC can get controller support.

PC is launching 1.0 on May 8th of this year. PS5 has a currently unconfirmed release date for later this year. The developers themselves have already stated in multiple places that controller support on PC will arrive with the launch of the game on PS5.

You can check their discord or search here in the Steam forums as there was a thread earlier today in which a someone affiliated with the studio said the same thing. The thread was called "Controller support soon or now?" The poster was Etrice.
