Today i learned this game have cheaters.

I'm playing on the Official EU server #1060 and today a group of 10+ teamers raided the castle of the current Shard owners and they...transported all the shards to their base ON A HORSEBACK with a ridiculous speed. My teammate who happened to be crossing their path, tried to chase them with his 11 speed horse with a wrangler potion, and he didn't stood a chance, they were MUCH faster than him, he barely even saw them. I've checked their steam profile and guess what, lots of "-rep hacker" comments.
What can i say? A week of hard grinding and healthy rivalry with the leading shardbearers team was ruined in a few minutes by a bunch a teaming cheaters. What a great experience. I'm out.

1) Don't play PVP.
2) Don't play with strangers.

it's not a cheat. It's an easy to do exploit. Reason ur tm8 couldnt chase was because they used worker for even higher horse speed.

It's bannable offense to do this.

Why are you crying about teaming when it's an official? Official simply means teamers. If you dont want it then play on a community server.

Shards can't be transported on horses so what exploit would this be?

Too bad official servers have no active admins, small proof of such thing and I would ban such players as fast as possible.

Just checked it and he is right. Nova is exploiting in a way so he can take shards on a horse.
I hope the dev's fix this cuz this is outright cheating as rock it claimed to. Probably won't be the only exploit he has found.

Dude, thank you. That's a very useful info, i'll do my best to spread this as much as i can in hope of fixing all that stuff.
Shoutout to Nova, he did a splendid job of exposing lots of exploits on his private server while playing normally on a community server. What a guy.

... aren't shards going to be obsoleted in favor of unique equipment in 1.0 anyways, to link the benefit of using a 'shard' to the risk of losing it when you get killed?

Yea anything where you dealing with randoms online needs to be turned off. The world is lit for cheatin and playing unfairly right now, i mean you can't even get a girlfriend in rl unless you cheated at Pong nowadays.... God bless america.... I guess.
