Arent recipes a 100% drop chance? Im playing solo on a PvE server.
I wanted to craft myself a new amulet but the damn recipe whont drop.
Killed that guy now over 10times and still no luck, is there something wrong? Maybe a bug or did i got the recipe on my first kill and im just to dumb to find the recipe?

get more schmatics and discover it like that? or try the vendors in the city?

Unlocked all the schematics, but i guess i need to find vendors now as my next option :/

You unlock the blood merlot amulet automatically to craft from the jewelry station. Its the upgrade from that you have to unlock from recipes.

Got it now, tought i have to craft it at a alchemy/jewel table.
Didnt notice i need a prisoner, lol im dumb :D
