What are your thoughts about alliances?

Having delved into this game extensively across two PVP servers, my experiences were notably distinct. On one hand, there was a 2-clan server with a modest player base, resulting in a pleasant overall experience with engaging interactions both in PVE and player interactions. On the other hand, I ventured into a bustling 4-clan server where a dominant alliance significantly altered the raid dynamics, making the experience cumbersome for those not aligned with the major coalition.

I'm curious to hear your thoughts on alliances in this game. Additionally, has anyone come across any official statements from Stunlock Studios regarding their stance on alliances? It's intriguing to note that games like Rust, similar to V Rising, have implemented bans for alliance formations, while others like Albion have been designed and balanced with alliances in mind. How do you feel about the impact of alliances on the game's dynamics, and do you think the developers should take a specific stance on this matter?

You play on official if you want to team or dont mind teamers.
Community server for fair pvp, no teaming. Admins enforcing rules if given proof.

Sls dont promote teaming, and nothing will get done about teaming on officials due to it being too much work to moderate. It for sure doesn't help that due to the game's balance and official server settings, it heavily promotes teaming against people that abuse the settings. Everything from the way you can abuse multiple castles and shard "exploits".

Teaming and people making alliances ruins the game (as well as the dojo and dojo players). And it happens on every single official server and every private server that doesnt have enforced rules against it.

It ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks. It ruins the entire point of having duo servers and even quad servers. There is no official duo server, as literally EVERYONE teams.

Unless SLS do something about it, there will never be ANY point having duo or squad limitations. Duo servers especially, will be forever ruined and broken. You will never be able to play a duo server properly, as intended, on an official server, with an official ruleset.

And like I said, that really, really sucks.

Nobody should be teaming on officials, period. Dont make it seem like its a place to go if thats what you want to do. People should respect the limitations set by the game on every server. Which means either play only as a duo on duo servers or only as Quads on quad servers.

I know you dont mind teaming, because you have practiced pvp for a 1000 hours+ in the dojo, so for you teaming is fun because you can fight 20 people simultaneously.

Us normal people who play the game normally cant do that, and for us - official servers are completely ruined. Every single one of them. And thats where I and whoever I duo with want to play. But its pointless.

There are probably very few people who’ve played on more servers than I have, I have peobably played over 20 different official servers, and every single one of them have been ruined by teaming. Either formed on the server, or roaming groups of 20 players who go from server to server just to ruin them. And if a server isnt ruined by teaming, its about to be.

You just cant play duo on officials. And privates are full of settings changes, mods and toxic dojo sweatlords. At least the servers that have any people on them.

Thats the situation right now in V Rising.
